ROOTFRUIT makes crisps of the highest quality. Root vegetables are harvested from the fertile fields in southern Scandinavia and kept dark to gently deep-fry and season. We handle all aspects in the production very carefully until you hold the bag in your hand. This makes ROOTFRUIT a unique and tasty product!

Our main product is a mix consisting of potato, beetroot and parsnip. The majority of the vegetables is organic as well as the oil they are gently fried in, and we are working on having the entire product range certified.
